NOTICE

*There will be NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL after the ticket application is completed. If you press the SEND button, it means that the ticket application has been completed.

Management policy may be subject to change according to inevitable circumstances such as COIVD-19. Updates for any changes will be noticed via email.

APPLICATION FOR TICKET

-Each person can only apply once per ticketing with one ID. If you create multiple IDs and apply for a ticket, you may be disadvantaged when selecting the ticket winner.

-Ticket winners will receive vouchers via the email address you filled out during the application process. Please be sure to enter the correct information.

VOUCHER EXCHANGE

-You must exchange the voucher for a concert ticket by 4PM(MYT) on the concert day.

-Ticket winner identity identification process will proceed at the ticket booth and ticket exchange on your behalf is strictly prohibited.

*Please bring the voucher and your ID.

*If the voucher information and your ID do not match, you will not be able to receive the ticket. Please make sure to enter the correct personal information during the application process.

*From the start of the event on 12th November, front seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
