Just One 10 Minute is CHA EUN-WOO's signature concept with the objective “to show you everything about CHA EUN-WOO to make you fall in love with him in 10 minutes”. Initially introduced on his previous fan meeting tour, the concept has been loved by fans for the rich and high-quality performances it entails. It is set to wow audiences again on the upcoming highly anticipated fan concert tour.

How do I participate in the Viu Premium Presale on 11 January 2024?

This presale is only open to Viu Premium subscribers who:

What is the minimum age to attend the event?

The minimum age required to enter the event is THREE (3) years old (as of the event date) with the purchase of a valid ticket. Infants in arms and children below the age of THREE (3) will not be allowed into the event. Children under TWELVE (12) must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

Where can I purchase my tickets?

Tickets will be available via Ticket2u.com.my/CHA-EUN-WOO.

How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

You can purchase up to 12 tickets per transaction. Please make sure you complete the transaction within the 15-minute timeframe. If confirmation is not made within this period, the transaction time will expire, and it will be deemed incomplete. Seats previously chosen will be automatically returned to the system and released for sale on a first-come-first-serve basis.

What are the available payment methods to purchase tickets(s)?

The available payment methods are - credit card, debit card, FPX, Grabpay e-wallet, Touch & Go e-wallet and Boost e-wallet.

Are there wheelchair accessible seats?

For wheelchair accessible seats, we advise to purchase VVIP tickets for ease of entry & unrestricted views.

My booking has failed, but my credit card has been debited. What should I do?

If this happens, please contact your credit card issuing bank to request for the amount to be credited back to you. This may take a few days, depending on the bank. The ticketing platform does not capture your purchase & seat selection at this point.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the show?

No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction has been confirmed.

Can I choose my preferred seats?

Yes, you will be able to choose your preferred price category and section. The seat will be auto-assign by the next best available seat. Please make sure you complete the transaction within the 15-minute timeframe. If confirmation is not made within this period, the transaction time will expire, and it will be deemed incomplete.

What are the ticket collection methods available if I were to purchase my tickets?

A confirmation email with the e-ticket(s) will be sent to your email inbox upon successful purchase of the ticket(s). Please ensure that you have entered a valid email address during the ticket purchase. No physical collection is required for this option.

For fans based outside of Kuala Lumpur, how can we purchase and collect our tickets?

Fans who are based outside of Kuala Lumpur are welcome to purchase tickets online. You will receive a confirmation email with the e-ticket(s), upon successful purchase of tickets. Please ensure that you have entered a valid email address during the ticket purchase.

Are there any fan benefits for ticket holders?

VVIP ticket holders are entitled to an exclusive entry with hi-bye session and soundcheck, with only 30 lucky individuals receiving personalised photo postcards. Additionally, 100 VVIP, 25 VIP and 25 CAT 1 ticket holders will have the opportunity to receive signed posters. 10 lucky fans across all categories stand a chance to win exclusive merchandise.

Who is eligible for the fan benefits?

Fans who purchase tickets from the authorised ticketing partner from 10 January 2024, 12PM (MST) to 10 February 2024, 11:59PM (MST) (or until tickets are fully sold out, whichever happens earlier) will be eligible to participate.

Viu reserves the right to change the contest mechanics, period and other terms and conditions without prior notice.

How will the fan benefit contest be carried out?

Ticket holders will receive a URL link to the fan benefit contest form in the ticket confirmation email from Ticket2U. Ticket holders must participate in the contestand provide their key contact details to be in the running to win fan benefits allocated for the respective category for which they purchased ticket(s)

The quantity of fan benefits are stipulated in the table above according to the respective ticket categories.

Each ticket will only be entitled to one entry to the fan benefit contest per prize category, and limited to one fan benefit prize.

The fan benefits will be awarded in the following order:

1st : Signed Merchandise Set

2nd: Personalised Photo Postcard

3rd: Signed Poster

As an example, the best slogan submissions will win the Signed Merchandise Sets first. Once the allocation of Signed Merchandise Sets for the category has been depleted, the subsequent chosen submissions will win the Personalised Photo Postcard and so forth.

When will the announcement of the fan benefit contest winners be made?

The announcement will be made on 15 February 2024.

Where do I go to collect the fan benefit contest prize?

All prizes can be collected at the Fan Benefit Redemption Booth on the day of the fan meet.

What time will doors open on event day?

Doors for VVIP & VIP ticket holders will open at 3:30PM.

Doors for CAT 1 ticket holders will open at 5PM.

Do I need my ticket for entry?

Tickets (either e-tickets on mobile devices or printed version) will be validated at the venue. Only fans with valid tickets can proceed to enter the venue.

Am I able to enter the venue if I am late?

Fans with a valid ticket are free to enter the venue anytime after doors open. However, we encourage everyone to be on time so that you can enjoy the full show.

Am I able to re-enter the venue?

Fans are NOT allowed to re-enter the venue after they have exited.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No food and beverages are allowed.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can't attend the event?

Tickets for this event are not allowed to be transferred.

How do I give someone tickets I booked as a gift?

When purchasing the ticket(s), please use the gift recipient’s email to have the e-ticket with QR code sent over.

Can you help me verify a ticket I purchased from third party websites or resellers?

We advise members of the public against purchasing tickets from strangers or any third party sites. By purchasing tickets through non-authorised parties, buyers take on the risk of purchasing invalid tickets, and no refunds will be allowed.
