Kim Myungsoo Greet His Fans in Singapore for His First Solo Fan Meeting.

A day before his first solo fan meeting in Singapore, INFINITE member, Kim Myungsoo, or most known as L, sat down with the press for a little Q&A session. Although not feeling well, he said he was energized after seeing so many people turned up at the press conference because he was not expecting many people to come. 

Throughout the press conference, he was very dedicated and patient entertaining questions from the press and he was very sincere in his answers. Here are some of the questions asked:

1. Being known as Kim Myungsoo
He said he chose to use his real name, Kim Myungsoo for his acting career so as to differentiate between L and Kim Myungsoo. He said, as a singer and performer on stage, he is more known as L but for his acting career, he would like to be known as Kim Myungsoo to show a different side of him that he was not able to show to the fans when he was on stage. He hope the fans will continue to support him as both L as well as Kim Myungsoo in the future.

2. Whether he would choose Friendship or Love
He said both are important to him and because he is quite greedy, he would not want to give up both. But if it does happens in real life, he cheekily answered “I’ll choose the more realistic one”.

3. His life motto
“Carpe Diem (seize the day)”. He said “If you’re in a difficult situation, don’t look at it negatively and try to look it positively and you will overcome the challenges”

4. Photography
Kim Myungsoo is known for his hobby in photography and he was asked where in Singapore he would like to go for his next shoot. He answered he would like to take some photos at Merlion Park and Marina Bay Sands and also the night scenery in Singapore. He also said he hopes to introduce another photo essay for the fans which will be different from the last one and ask the fans to look forward to it.

5. Himself in 5 years from now
He said he thinks he will continue doing the same things he is doing now, but in better way. He said he will be more mature and manly then. He also wants to continue singing, acting, and taking photos. So he hope 5 years later he will be asked the same question to see whether he managed to do so.

We are very fortunate to be able to attend this press conference and we would like to thank Faith & D Entertainment for giving us the chance to cover this event. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming response from the fans for the fan meeting itself, we were not able to secure passes to the fan meeting. However, we believe the fans attended the fan meeting would have a great time with Kim Myungsoo and we hope to see him again in the future.
