SEVENTEEN Mesmerize Malaysian Carats with Their Outstanding Performances and Bonding with the Fans!

SEVENTEEN a 13 member multinational boy group are finally here in Kuala Lumpur for their 1st World Tour ‘DIAMOND EDGE’ happening at Stadium Negara on 9th September 2017. Brought to you by IME Asia, it is a full house event as Carat (SEVENTEEN fanclub name) filled every corner of the stadium hall to witness the amazing performances by these fantastic boys tonight. It’s a beautiful night as SEVENTEEN’s lightstick shine bright filling the venue atmosphere with a Rose Quartz and Blue Serenity shades.

They kick start the show at 7:30PM with ‘예쁘다’, ‘BEAUTIFUL’, ‘아주 NICE’ and ‘이놈의 인기’. The boys perform in colorful complete suits and greeted fans in multi languages includes Korean, English Chinese and Bahasa. Some of the phases they use are ‘Apa Khabar’, ‘Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan’ and ‘Terima Kasih’. They were quite shocked on how hot Malaysia is as they had been sweating since the beginning of the show and are grateful and thankful to fans who have been waiting for them since early morning. Hoshi come up with as special Clap pattern and teaches the fan the clap que on his call.

Next up we have the Performance Team (Hoshi, Jun, The8, Dino) taking over the stage for ‘Swimming Fool’ before all 13 of them come up on stage again with ‘만세’ in school uniform outfit after. Carats along with the boys sing the chorus part ‘만세’ (Hurrah~) together. ‘붐붐’ is up next filling the atmosphere with energetic vibes.

In the next segment, Hoshi and Vernon appears and played a game of high note battle together with fans. Vernon lost and danced to DJ Khaled’s “I’m The One” but soon after the fans chanted for Hoshi to sing. Unfortunately he didn’t manage to sing as the next stage are ready to go. Up next is the Vocal Team (Woozi, Joshua, Jeonghan, DK, Seungkwan) turn to perform and they toned down the mood with a few ballad songs includes ‘Make It Shine’ and ‘몰래 듣지 마요’, which hypnotize the audience with their amazing vocals.

It’s a 360 degree twist as the lights were dimmed, when the Hip Hop Team (Wonwoo, S.Coups, Mingyu, Vernon) go all out with ‘Check-In’, Vernon call out “Kuala Lumpur!” at the very beginning of performance and the remaining were lit! They make the crowd insane as they perform ‘언행일치 (Un Haeng Il Chi - 言行一致 )’, like they were hypnotize over good vibe music. The Performance Team are back again on stage giving the crowd an energetic performance with ‘HIGHLIGHT’ and continued to wow the fans with ‘OMG’, we were amazed with their amazing synchronize dance!

SEVENTEEN reappears again as a whole with a soft red silk shirts and black pants that gives a sexy touch on them as they perform ‘Crazy in Love’. Then The8 and Jun move to the front part of the extended stage, to perform a jaw-dropping dance performance of ‘MY I’. It’s a motion string dance that filled with emotion. Soon after the Hip Hop Team are back again on stage with and outstanding performance of ‘IF I’ followed by the Vocal Team, where they perform an emotional song ‘입버릇’.

The boys are having another ment break before performing ‘엄지척 (Chuck)’ and ‘ROCK’ and we have come to the final stage of the show as their perform their very last song with their latest hit, ‘울고 싶지 않아’. The boys then says good bye and VCRs where shown on screen containing the sweet warming letter of each member for fans.

SEVENTEEN appear once again in their official t-shirts of Rose Quartz and Blue Serenity for the encore stage as the final stage for tonight’s show with ‘Shining Diamond’ and ‘힐링 (Healing)’. It’s a special segment as SEVENTEEN come up with a bonding session with fans where they shared thoughts while sitting down on the stage, casually speaking. They keep the fans close to them not in term of distance as they do the free-talking and casual interactions. They wrap the show by 9:30PM with group photo session that took place right after the cozy and friendly ending mend session and goodbyes.
