MAP6 and HALO Celebrated New Year Eve with Malaysian Fans!

HGH Convention Centre Kuala Lumpur hosted the New Year Eve KPOP Party 2017, organised by YiPin Studio, recently as two South Korean idol groups, MAP6 and HALO celebrated new year eve with their Malaysian fans!
5-members group, MAP6 kicked off the showcase with their debut single, 'Whistle' which drew cheers and whistlings from the fans, followed by special dance stage that they prepared exclusively for Malaysian fans. They then performed 'Storm' and two Japanese singles. The members also introduced themselves impressively in Mandarin and also picked up some Malay words from the radio program they attended here!

Next was the game session where five lucky fans were chosen by the members themselves to play the game together on stage. The game was a dance battle between each members & respective chosen fans whereby they had to dance to a snippet of MAP6's song. J.vin’s team won and the winner got a chance for an on-stage picture with all MAP6 members. MAP6 concluded half of the night with performance of 'Push & Pull' and 'Swagger Time'.

The stage then welcomed HALO, which consists of members Dino, Inhaeng, Ooon, Jaeyong, Heecheon and Yoondong, with three performances in a row of 'Mariya', 'Surprise' and 'Come Right Now'. During the ment session, the boys introduced themselves and they were asked on their impressions on Malaysia. They liked the hot weather as it is very cold back in Korea due to the winter season and were also impressed by the Twin Towers (KLCC) and the taste of yam. The boys also said they researched about Malaysia prior to coming to the shore but didn't have the chance to visit places and try Malaysian traditional food due to their busy schedules.

The group then performed 2 ballad songs back-to-back, showcasing their vocal talents. They also performed 'Feel So Good'. During the game session with lucky chosen fans, the members taught the fans how to dance to 'Mariya' and Dino's team was crowned as the winner! HALO then performed 'While You’re Sleeping'. Both groups, MAP6 and HALO appeared on stage together afterwards with special birthday celebration for HALO's Ooon and Dino, along with MAP6's Sun! Both groups and fans also did an early New Year countdown.

Both groups mentioned that they were happy and felt honoured to be able to spend the rest of 2016 with their fans here and will cherish these happy memories in 2017. HALO members, Inhaeng and Jaeyong, asked fans to anticipate for their next visit whereby MAP6 also had the same same thought, with member J.Vin, already looking forward for their next visit and J.Jun, whom hopes to create more good memories with fans next time. Both groups wrapped up the night fansign and selfie session with fans.
